The screenplay was written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais. Unlike Chicken Run and Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit, Flushed Away was not created by Nick Park. The film has been scheduled to be released in movie theatres around November 3, 2006.
